Do you have any questions about our activities?

Is there a minimum age for riding?

No age requirement but a minimum weight of 25 kgs.

Do I need a special outfit for the activities?

We advise you to wear comfortable clothing. You must feel comfortable to be able to move freely.

I have never tried riding a hoverboard, is it a problem?

No worries, most of the people that come to our sessions are beginners and our teams are specially trained to teach you safely.

Should I bring protections?

We provide all the necessary equipment: helmet, elbow pads, grips, knee pads and of course our Insolites Board.

Can I book private sessions for a birthday?

Of course, you can book private sessions. You have to be at least 5 people.

Do you come for private events?

Yes of course, please contact us for a quote.

I already have a hoverboard, can I take part in your activities?

Yes you can, please contact us and depending on the availability, you can take part!

How long is an introduction session?

We take the time needed to make sure that all the participants correctly ride our hoverboards. Usually it lasts from 20 to 40 minutes.

How long is a ride?

Our rides last approximately 1:15/1:30.

How can I book?

If you are in Paris or Lille, you can book online or in store. For other cities, the reservations can only be made through our website.

I would like to rent a hoverboard, can I choose it?

Depending on the availability, you can to choose your Insolites Board.
